Our dancers are teammates first. We expect dancers to be positive, supportive, and respectful to one another. Be kind and accept every dancer regardless of ability, ethnic origin, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
Whether it be in person or online, demeaning or derogatory comments will not be tolerated. There will be a zero tolerance policy for physical, mental, emotional or cyber bullying by a student or students against another student or students. Such type of bullying behavior should be reported to parents and the directors of CDA if you become aware of it.
We expect students to be supportive and invested in the success of each class and each dancer. We expect our dancers to encourage and celebrate one another. Every dancer's success is a CDA success, and we are all members of CDA.
A violation of our Code of Conduct will result in a parent meeting with the Commonwealth Dance Academy directors, as well as a written warning.
Further violations of the Code of Conduct can result in dismissal of enrollment at Commonwealth Dance Academy
